Optimize the outbound process to enhance customer experience through refined management. By streamlining pre-outbound preparations, key aspects such as唛头粘贴 (labeling),货物整理 (goods organization), and包装发货 (packaging and shipment) are standardized. In唛头 management, external box labels must include complete and accurate customer information, order numbers, invoice numbers, box numbers, weight, and volume, securely and clearly affixed to at least two adjacent sides of the box to prevent errors or illegibility leading to misshipment or delays.  During货物整理, goods are strictly sorted by order and categorized for centralized stacking, with different batches and orders clearly separated and labeled. Stacking adheres to the principles of "heavy items not pressing on lighter ones, larger items not pressing on smaller ones, and neat, stable arrangement" to ensure safe stacking and prevent deformation or damage during handling and transportation.  The包装发货环节 is highly prioritized, with packaging materials selected based on the characteristics of the goods to ensure appropriate strength and protective performance. Fragile or easily damaged items are packaged in multiple layers with special reinforcement measures, and void spaces within the boxes are fully filled to absorb transportation shocks and vibrations.  The warehousing department is responsible for goods sorting, organization, labeling, and preliminary packaging, while the logistics department handles verification, loading, and transportation arrangements. The quality inspection department conducts final inspections for goods with special requirements before outbound. Department heads strengthen supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with standards.  Through the implementation of these refined management measures, the company has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of outbound operations, achieving positive results in ensuring safe goods transportation and enhancing customer satisfaction.
