The lecturer first clarified the properties of common minerals in natural water, corrected the misconception that "the acidity/alkalinity of water directly determines health," and emphasized the core importance of water safety and mineral balance. Subsequently, the lecturer demonstrated experiments showing color changes in different brands of bottled water—such as Wahaha and Nongfu Spring—when mixed with professional testing reagents. This provided an intuitive interpretation of differences in mineral content, pH levels, and other indicators among brands, pointing out that water meeting national drinking water standards is safe for health within reasonable pH ranges, with the key being to avoid consuming water with excessive heavy metals or bacterial contamination.  The lecturer also popularized the characteristics of drinking water beneficial to human health, recommending prioritizing water with balanced minerals and pure quality to offer employees professional guidance on selecting drinking water.  Finally, Wang Jieming provided a detailed introduction to the core functions and health benefits of water purifiers. Starting from the principles of water purification, the lecturer explained the advantages of water purifiers in filtering impurities, removing harmful substances, and retaining beneficial minerals, stressing that high-quality purifiers can effectively improve drinking water quality, reduce pollutant exposure, and lower the risk of health issues such as digestive and urinary system diseases. Long-term consumption of purified, high-quality water positively impacts maintaining metabolic balance and boosting immunity.  The training session lasted 80 minutes, delivering rich and practical content with strong relevance, covering both emergency rescue skills and daily drinking water health.
